09:30 AM Meeting Point at the main entrance to the City This is the main entrance to the city which is open for traffic at the beginning of the bridge that traverses the dry moat.
09:40 – 10:00 Advance Gate and Couvre Port
After a short introduction we will walk down to the old entrance of the city through Advance Gate followed by Couvre Port Gate where will be have the opportunity to look across Galley Creek and a view of Senglea, sister city of Vittoriosa. We will walk past the posts of Aragon and France through Provence Gate, the original ancient main gate of the city. 

10:00 – 10:20 The Two Cavaliers
Once inside the City we will walk past the St. John’s Tower and the battlements leading to St. James Cavalier another fort within the walls. We may even have the chance to have a peep inside this baroque fortification which is currently used as a tradesman’s workshop.
10:20 – 10:30 The Order’s Armoury, the Bishop’s Palace and the Post of Castille
Past the former Bishop’s Palace and the armoury of the Knights which was used as a much needed infirmary during the Siege, we proceed to the post of Castille, the stop where the Turks had finally breached the walls and where the outnumbered defenders made a heroic stand and pushed back the invaders. This spot is still known by the locals as ‘The Breach’ to this very day.
10:30-11:00 The Collachio 
We entered the area reserved exclusively for the knights and walk past the former auberges of Castille, Aragon, France, Auvergne, Provence and England.
11:00- 11:15 Sacra Infermeria, and the Posts of Germany and England
Walking past the former hospital of the Knights along the battlements entrusted to the German and English knights we stop for a panoramic view of the Grand Harbour and Valletta before making our way to Republic street and the Inquisitor’s Palace.
11:15 – 12:00 The Inquisitor’s Palace
This is one of the few surviving Inquisitor’s Palaces in Europe . Gain insight into Malta’s religious and judicial history under the Knights. Please note that the Palace is closed on Mondays.

12:00 – 12:15 St. Lawrence Church Close

We make our way back to republic square and St. Lawrence Church Close site past the Oratory of St. Joseph, home of La Vallette’s Hat and Sword, and the Oratory of the Holy Crucifix, built of the graveyard of the fallen of the Great Siege.
ifx, built on the graveyard of the fallen of the Great Siege and the Oratory. We proceed down past St. Lawrence Church, formerly the Knights’ Conventual Church through Admiralty Gate to enter Vittoriosa Waterfront.
12:15 – 12:30 Vittoriosa Waterfront
A short walk along the waterfront  now host to one of Malta’s most popular marina’s, leads us past the Order’s former Treasury and Bakery, now housing the Maritime Museum. The water leads to Fort St. Angelo, which played an important role in the defense of the island for centuries. It is dotted with restaurants and cafe’s where one can enjoy a well-deserved coffee, a cold beer, a snack or a lunch.
