While every effort is made to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, participants join tours at their own responsibility.
The tours are cultural and historic and no physical risk is involved. Therefore the chances of injury are highly unlikely. Malta is considered to be a very safe country, nevertheless the guide shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained during the tour, except where required by applicable law.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable health and physical condition for the tour and for following any guidance or instructions provided during the visit.
Participants are advised to wear appropriate footwear and take care when walking uneven surfaces particularly in historic areas.
It is also important to keep in mind that in Malta driving is on the left side of the road and therefore it is of paramount impotance to look to the right before crossing streets and roads.
It is always advisable to have appropriate travel insurance covering injury and loss.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising in connection with the tour shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese Courts.
The agreed date of the tour will be blocked upon enquiry for three days. A firm booking will be entered upon receipt of payment.
Payment maybe made via PayPal or bank transfer. Revolut is also a preferred method of payment.
